Ginisang Togue with Tinapa
AJI-GINISA® Flavor Seasoning MixIngredients
- 2 Tbsps. Cooking oil
- 1 piece Garlic, minced
- 1 piece Onion, white, sliced
- 2 pieces Tomato, diced
- 3 pieces Tinapa, galunggong, shredded
- 1 cup Tokwa, cubed, fried
- 1 pack of 8 g AJI-GINISA® Flavor Seasoning Mix
- 2 Tbsps. Soy Sauce
- 1/3 cup Carrot, julienned
- 1 1/2 cups Togue
- 1/8 cup Kinchay, chopped
- 1/2 tsp Salt, iodized
- 1/4 tsp Pepper, ground
Procedure
- SAUTE. Heat oil and saute garlic, onion, and tomato. Allow tomato to soften before sauteeing the shredded tinapa and fried tokwa.
- SEASON. Add soy sauce, AJI-GINISA®, salt, and pepper to taste.
- ADD. Cook the carrots until bright in color, then add the togue and kinchay. Cover and let cook for 2 minutes.
- SERVE. Transfer to a serving bowl, serve and enjoy while hot. Enjoy!
Cooking Tips
Keep togue crisp by patting it dry before cooking. Removing excess moisture helps prevent a watery dish and reduces the chance of developing a bitter aftertaste.
