Garlic Chicken Adobo

AJI-GINISA® Flavor Seasoning Mix

Ingredients

  • 1/2 kilo Chicken, chopped
  • 1 pack of 8g Aji-Ginisa ® Flavor Seasoning Mix
  • 1/4 cup Cooking oil
  • 1/4 cup Garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup Water
  • 1/3 cup Soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup White vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp Brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Black peppercorn
  • 4 pcs Laurel leaves

Procedure

  1. MARINATE. Rub the chicken with Aji-Ginisa ®, then set aside for 15 minutes.
  2. PAN-FRY. Heat oil in a pan then pan-fry chicken until well-done.
  3. SIMMER. On the same pan, saute garlic then add water, soy sauce, vinegar, brown sugar, peppercorn, and laurel leaves. Simmer for 2 minutes until mixture is well-incorporated and slightly thickened.
  4. SERVE. Arrange chicken on a plate/bowl then pour over sauce before serving. Enjoy!

Cooking Tips

To avoid an undercooked chicken, gently pierce the thickest part. A clear juice would mean the chicken is completely cooked.
