Fried Fish Glazed with Oyster Sauce
Sarsaya® Oyster SauceIngredients
- 1 whole Tilapia, cleaned
- pinch Salt, iodized
- pinch Pepper, ground
- 1 cup Cooking oil
- 2 tsps. Garlic, minced
- 6 tsbps. White onion, minced
- 3 packs of 30 g Sarsaya® Oyster Sauce
- 3 Tbsps. Water
- 2 tsps. Carrots, julienned
- 1 tsp. Leeks, julienned
Procedure
- SEASON. Season tilapia with salt and pepper.
- FRY. In a wok, fry tilapia until crispy. Set aside.
- SAUTÉ. Drain oil from wok and leave 3 Tbsps. Add garlic and white onions until fragrant. Add Sarsaya® Oyster Sauce and water. Mix well.
- SERVE.. Glaze fried tilapia with sauce and garnish with carrots and leeks.
Cooking Tips
To avoid oil splatters, pat dry the tilapia before frying.
