Stir-fried Cauliflower
AJI-NO-MOTO® Umami SeasoningIngredients
- 1 1/2 Tbsps. (20g) Soy Sauce
- 1/2 tsp. of 11g (3g) AJI-NO-MOTO® Umami Seasoning
- 2 Tbsps. (30ml) Water
- 2 1/2 cups (200g) Cauliflower, diced
- 2 Tbsps. (20g) Canola oil
- 1/2 tsp. (2g) Toasted Garlic
- 1/2 tsp. (2g) Spring Onion
Procedure
- MIX. In a pan, heat oil then add soy sauce and AJI-NO-MOTO® Umami Seasoning. Add water.
- SAUTÉ. Add cauliflower and stir-fry over high heat for up to a minute to preserve the color and texture. Cover and bring to low heat to create a steam that would tenderize the cauliflower.
- SERVE. Transfer onto serving bowl and enjoy!
