Chopsuey Skewers

AJI-GINISA® Flavor Seasoning Mix

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup (50g) Carrots, thick, bite-sized
  • 1/2 cup (40g) Sayote, thick, bite-sized
  • 1 1/2 Tbsps. (30g) Button Mushrooms
  • 3 Tbsps. (25g) Green bell peppers (Optional), thick, bite-sized
  • 3 pcs. (35.0 Young corn, diagonally sliced
Basting Sauce
  • 1 1/2 Tbsps. (20g) Soy Sauce
  • 2 Tbsps. (20g) Canola Oil
  • 2 tsps. (10g) Brown Sugar
  • 1 pack of (8g) Aji-Ginisa® Flavor Seasoning Mix
  • 5 pcs (3g) Bamboo Skewers

Procedure

  1. STIR FRY. In a pan over high heat, stir-fry carrots, sayote, button mushrooms, and young corn for a minute. Do not overcook.
  2. PREPARE. Create a basting sauce by mixing soy sauce, oil, brown sugar, and Aji-Ginisa® Flavor Seasoning Mix.
  3. SIMMER. Add basting sauce on the vegetables and let simmer until the vegetables are half cooked.
  4. SERVE. Arrange on stick accordingly. Serve and enjoy!
