Chopsuey Skewers
AJI-GINISA® Flavor Seasoning MixIngredients
- 1/3 cup (50g) Carrots, thick, bite-sized
- 1/2 cup (40g) Sayote, thick, bite-sized
- 1 1/2 Tbsps. (30g) Button Mushrooms
- 3 Tbsps. (25g) Green bell peppers (Optional), thick, bite-sized
- 3 pcs. (35.0 Young corn, diagonally sliced
- 1 1/2 Tbsps. (20g) Soy Sauce
- 2 Tbsps. (20g) Canola Oil
- 2 tsps. (10g) Brown Sugar
- 1 pack of (8g) Aji-Ginisa® Flavor Seasoning Mix
- 5 pcs (3g) Bamboo Skewers
Procedure
- STIR FRY. In a pan over high heat, stir-fry carrots, sayote, button mushrooms, and young corn for a minute. Do not overcook.
- PREPARE. Create a basting sauce by mixing soy sauce, oil, brown sugar, and Aji-Ginisa® Flavor Seasoning Mix.
- SIMMER. Add basting sauce on the vegetables and let simmer until the vegetables are half cooked.
- SERVE. Arrange on stick accordingly. Serve and enjoy!
