Chicken Parm Pasta

Crispy Fry® Limited Edition - Extra Spicy

Ingredients

  • 3 1/2 cups Fettucini, cooked
  • 2 tsps. Olive oil
  • 3 tsps. Garlic, minced
  • 3/4 cup White onion, minced
  • 4 1/2 cups Tomato sauce
  • 1 tsp. Basil
  • 1 tsp. Oregano
  • 1/2 tsp. Salt, iodized
  • pinch Black pepper, ground
  • 3-5 pcs. Chicken breast, fillet
  • 1 pack of (62g) Crispy Fry® Limited Edition - Extra Spicy
  • 1 1/3 cup Canola oil
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese
Garnish (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp. Parsley, chopped

Procedure

  1. SAUTÉ. Heat oil in a pan. Add garlic and white onion to saute until fragrant. Add tomato sauce and season with basil, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Add cooked pasta and saute with sauce for 2 mins. Set aside around 1 cup of sauce for the chicken.
  2. COAT. Coat chicken breast with Crispy Fry® Limited Edition - Extra Spicy.
  3. FRY. In a pan, heat canola oil. Fry chicken breast until golden brown. Set aside.
  4. MIX. Add in fettuccine pasta onto the tomato sauce mixture. Mix until well incorporated.
  5. ASSEMBLE. Transfer pasta onto a plate. Place chicken breast on top. Add a tablespoon of tomato sauce on top of the chicken breast. Then followed by parmesan cheese. Lastly, torch or bake the dish to melt the cheese on top.
  6. SERVE. Garnish the dish with parsley and enjoy!

Cooking Tips

Drizzle small amount of oil onto the cooked pasta to prevent it from sticking.
