Seaweed Enoki Roll
CRISPY FRY® Original Breading MixIngredients
- 1 pc. Rice Wrapper
- 1 sheet Seaweed
- 1 pack Enoki Mushroom
- 1 pack of (62g) Crispy Fry® Original
- 1 1/2 cup Canola oil
- 5 1/2 Tbsps. Aji-Mayo® Professional-Style Mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp. Soy sauce
- 1 1/2 tsps. Honey
- 2 tsps. Water
Procedure
- WRAP. Dampen the rice wrapper with water. Place the rice wrapper on a flat surface. Followed by the seaweed, then place the enoki mushrooms on the bottom leaving an allowance of space to seal.
- ROLL. Roll from the rice wrapper to the enoki. Make sure to seal it tightly.
- SLICE. Slice the roll into 1/2 inch thickness or as desired.
- COAT. Coat the enoki rolls with Crispy Fry® Original.
- FRY. In a pan, heat canola oil. Fry coated enoki rolls for around 5-7 minutes. Set aside.
- SERVE. Transfer onto serving plate and serve with mayo sauce.
- WHISK. In a bowl, whisk Aji-Mayo®, soy sauce, honey, and water.

Minimize flipping or moving the sushi while frying to avoid breakage.
