Savory Steamed Egg with Yum Yum®

Tom Yum Shrimp Creamy Yum Yum® Instant Noodles

Ingredients

  • 1 cup (370g) YumYum® Shrimp Creamy Flavor
  • 2 eggs (100g) Egg
  • 1/2 Tbsp. (10ml) Sesame Oil

Procedure

  1. MIX. Add 2 eggs and sesame oil onto the leftover YumYum® soup. Mix until well incorporated.
  2. MICROWAVE. Add a cling wrap on top of the cup and puncture holes to steam. Microwave for 3-4 minutes depending on strength.
  3. SERVE. Remove cling wrap and enjoy!

Cooking Tips

Steaming the egg on the stove is an alternative to microwave. (Make sure to cover the lid if using stove)
