One-Pot Fried Rice

SARSAYA® Oyster Sauce

Ingredients

  • 3 packs (90g) Sarsaya® Oyster Sauce
  • 1/2 cup (115ml) Water
  • 2 tsps. (10ml) Sesame oil
  • 1 cup (190g) Rice
  • 1 pc. (40g) Leeks, chopped
  • 1/2 cup (75g) Carrots, cubed (small)
  • 1/2 cup (100g) Corn, canned
  • 1 pc. (250g) Chicken Breast, fillet
Garnish
  • 1/2 tsp. (5g) Spring onions, chopped

Procedure

  1. MIX. In a bowl, mix Sarsaya® Oyster Sauce, water, and sesame oil. Set aside.
  2. COOK. In a pot or rice cooker, add rice, leeks, carrots, corn, chicken breast, and Sarsaya® sauce.
  3. MIX. Occasionally mix ingredients in the pot to evenly cook all the ingredients.
  4. SERVE. When cooked, transfer onto a serving bowl and garnish with spring onions.

Cooking Tips

Constantly mix all ingredients halfway through the cooking time to ensure evenly cooking.
