One-Pot Fried Rice
SARSAYA® Oyster SauceIngredients
- 3 packs (90g) Sarsaya® Oyster Sauce
- 1/2 cup (115ml) Water
- 2 tsps. (10ml) Sesame oil
- 1 cup (190g) Rice
- 1 pc. (40g) Leeks, chopped
- 1/2 cup (75g) Carrots, cubed (small)
- 1/2 cup (100g) Corn, canned
- 1 pc. (250g) Chicken Breast, fillet
- 1/2 tsp. (5g) Spring onions, chopped
Procedure
- MIX. In a bowl, mix Sarsaya® Oyster Sauce, water, and sesame oil. Set aside.
- COOK. In a pot or rice cooker, add rice, leeks, carrots, corn, chicken breast, and Sarsaya® sauce.
- MIX. Occasionally mix ingredients in the pot to evenly cook all the ingredients.
- SERVE. When cooked, transfer onto a serving bowl and garnish with spring onions.
Cooking Tips
Constantly mix all ingredients halfway through the cooking time to ensure evenly cooking.
