Vegetable Soup
AJI-NO-MOTO® Umami SeasoningIngredients
- 6 cups of broth (455g) from onion trimmings, celery trimmings, carrot trimmings, garlic trimmings, parsley stems, potato peel
- 4 cups (1000ml) Water
- 1 pack (11g) AJI-NO-MOTO® Umami Seasoning
Procedure
- SIMMER. In a large pot, add all vegetable trimmings and AJI-NO-MOTO®. Simmer for an hour.
- STRAIN. Strain the soup and place into a jar or vaccum sealed plastic bag.
Cooking Tips
Note: Chill up to 4-7 days, Freeze for 3 months. Best used for vegetable dishes and soups to increase flavor. Broth can be use as base for soups, sauces, or can be replacement for water to uplift the dish.
