Shakshuka
AJI-GINISA® Flavor Seasoning MixIngredients
- 2 1/2 Tbsps. (20ml) Olive oil
- 1 pc. (65g) White onion, minced
- 5 cloves (25g) Garlic, minced
- 1 pc. (80g) Red bell pepper, diced
- 1 tsp. (1g) Paprika
- 2 tsp. (2g) Cumin
- 1 tsp. (0.8g) Chili powder
- 3/4 Tbsp. (10g) Tomato paste
- 3 cups (600g) Tomato, diced
- pinch (0.8g) Salt, iodized
- 1/2 tsp. (2g) Sugar, white
- 1 pack (8g) AJI-GINISA ® Flavor Seasoning Mix
- 1/2 cup (150ml) Water
- 5 pcs. (250g) Eggs
- 1/8 tsp. (2g) Parsley, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. (10g) Cheese, optional
- 4 slices (300g) Bread
Procedure
- SAUTE. In a skillet, heat olive oil. Saute white onions, garlic, and red bell pepper. Add paprika, cumin, chili powder, tomato paste, and tomatoes. Cook for 5 minutes.
- SEASON. Season with salt, sugar, and AJI-GINISA®. Add water and mix well. Create holes on the pan and crack eggs onto the hole. Cover pan and let eggs cook.
Cooking Tips
Gradually add spices to the shakshuka to your preference.
