Teriyaki Chicken Stir-Fry Noodles
SARSAYA® Oyster SauceIngredients
- 500g Roasted Chicken, rough chop / deboned (meat only)
- 4 1/4 cup (1000ml) Water
- 1 pack (400g) Rice Noodles
- 2 1/3 tbsp (30ml) Cooking Oil
- 2 1/3 tbsp (20g) Garlic, minced
- 1 1/2 tbsp (10g) Ginger, minced
- 1/2 cup (15g) Onions, minced
- 1 can (200g) Mushroom, canned, slices
- 5 pcs (80g) Leeks, chopped
- 2 pcs (78g) Bokchoy, rough chopped
- 3 packs (60g) SARSAYA® Oyster Sauce
Procedure
- BOIL. In a saucepot, add water and boil to put the rice noodles for 3-5 minutes. (Follow the instructions on the packaging, some rice noodles may need soaking before boiling)
- SAUTE. Heat oil in a wok, then saute garlic, ginger and onions until fragrant. Then add mushrooms and chicken. Lower down the heat and add cooked rice noodles, leeks, bokchoy and SARSAYA®. Mix well
- SERVE. Transfer onto a serving plate and enjoy. (Can be garnished with spring onions or fried garlic)
Cooking Tips
Stir or toss ingredients on the pan constantly to avoid overcooking ingredients.
