Chicken Tinola Mami
AJI-SHIO® GarlicIngredients
- 1 1/2 cups (200g) Leftover Tinolang manok, chicken
- 3 cups (750ml) Leftover Tinolang manok, soup
- 2 Tbsps. (30ml) Cooking oil
- 1 Tbsp. (10g) Garlic, minced
- 2 Tbsps. (30g) Onion, chopped
- 1 cup (250ml) Water
- 1 tsp. (6g) AJI-SHIO® Garlic
- 1 pack (500g) Mami noodles, fresh, washed
- 1/2 cup (100g) Cabbage, shredded
- 1 Tbsp. (3g) Spring onions, chopped
- 1 tsp. (5g) Toasted garlic
- 3 pcs. (150g) Egg, boiled
Procedure
- SHRED. From the leftover Tinolang manok, separate the chicken from the soup. Shred the chicken.
- SAUTE. In a pot, heat oil. Saute garlic and onion until fragrant. Add shredded chicken. Add tinola soup and additional water.
- SEASON. Season with AJI-SHIO® Garlic. Mix well.
- BOIL. Add the mami noodles and let it boil for at least 3 minutes. Add cabbage and let it simmer for at least 1 minute.
- SERVE. Transfer to a serving bowl. Sprinkle with spring onions, toasted garlic, and add boiled egg on top. Enjoy!
Cooking Tips
Make sure to thoroughly wash the fresh mami noodles to remove the pungent odor and salty taste.
