Vegetable Pancake
AJI-GINISA® Flavor Seasoning MixIngredients
- 1/2 pc. (213g) Cabbage, julienned
- 2 pcs. (220g) Potato, grated
- 2-3 pcs. (243g) Carrots, grated
- 1 pc. (47g) Red onions, grated
- 3/4 cup (100g) All-purpose Flour
- 1/2 cup (100ml) Water
- 1 pc. (50ml) Egg, beaten
- 1 pack (8g) Aji-Ginisa® Flavor Seasoning Mix
- 2 cups (500ml) Cooking Oil
Procedure
- SHRED. Shred all the vegetables.
- MIX. In a bowl, mix all shredded vegetables, flour, water and egg.
- SHAPE. Shape mixture to any shape of preferrence.
- FRY. Heat oil on a cooking pan and fry pancakes until golden brown.
- SERVE. Transfer onto serving plate and enjoy!
Cooking Tips
Flatten the mixture on the pan to cook evenly.
