Carrot Nuggets

AJI-GINISA® Flavor Seasoning Mix

Ingredients

  • 5 cups (450g) Carrots, leftover, with peels, minced
  • 1 3/4 cups (150g) Cabbage, leftover, minced
  • 2 pcs (100ml) Eggs, beaten
  • 2 packs (16g) AJI-GINISA®
  • 10 Tbsps. (50g) Breadcrumbs
  • 10 Tbsps. (320g) All-purpose flour
  • 2 cups (500ml) Cooking oil

Procedure

  1. MIX. In a large bowl, mix carrots, cabbage, beaten eggs, AJI-GINISA®, breadcrumbs, and flour.
  2. FREEZE. Transfer the mixture on any tray or rectangular container and spread evenly. Store in the freezer for 30 minutes.
  3. MOLD. Mold mixture into any desired shape/s. A cookie cutter may be used for easier molding.
  4. FRY. In a frying pan, heat oil then fry nuggets until golden brown.
  5. SERVE. Transfer onto serving plate with your favorite dipping sauce. Enjoy!

Cooking Tips

If cookie cutters aren't available, try using the rim of a narrow glass to cut your nuggets.
