Adobo Taco

SARSAYA® Oyster Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup (225g) Adobo meat, shredded or roughly chopped
  • 4 tsp. (20ml) Cooking Oil
  • 1 1/8 tbsp. (10g) Garlic, minced
  • 1/2 pack (15ml) SARSAYA® Oyster Sauce
  • 1/4 cup (50ml) Water
  • 5 pcs. (75g) Taco Shell
  • 1/4 cup (25g) Red onions, sliced
  • 1/4 cup (25g) Cabbage, sliced

Procedure

  1. RE-HEAT. On a pan, heat oil and add garlic, shredded leftover adobo meat, SARSAYA® and water. Re-heat for 5 minutes.
  2. ASSEMBLE. In a taco shell, add adobo, onions and cabbage.
  3. SERVE. Transfer onto serving plate and enjoy!

Cooking Tips

Taco shells can be substituted with tortilla.
