Adobo Taco
SARSAYA® Oyster SauceIngredients
- 1 1/2 cup (225g) Adobo meat, shredded or roughly chopped
- 4 tsp. (20ml) Cooking Oil
- 1 1/8 tbsp. (10g) Garlic, minced
- 1/2 pack (15ml) SARSAYA® Oyster Sauce
- 1/4 cup (50ml) Water
- 5 pcs. (75g) Taco Shell
- 1/4 cup (25g) Red onions, sliced
- 1/4 cup (25g) Cabbage, sliced
Procedure
- RE-HEAT. On a pan, heat oil and add garlic, shredded leftover adobo meat, SARSAYA® and water. Re-heat for 5 minutes.
- ASSEMBLE. In a taco shell, add adobo, onions and cabbage.
- SERVE. Transfer onto serving plate and enjoy!

Taco shells can be substituted with tortilla.
