Pork Barbeque

SARSAYA® Oyster Sauce

Ingredients

  • 7 cups (1000g) Pork Kasim
  • 3 1/2 tbsp. (30g) Garlic
  • 2 packs (60g) SARSAYA® Oyster Sauce
  • 1 1/3 tbsp. (20g) Ketchup
  • 4 pcs. (44g) Calamansi
  • 1 tbsp. (8g) Pepper
  • 1 1/4 tbsp. (20ml) Soy sauce
  • 1 cup (200g) Sugar
Basting Sauce & BBQ Sauce:
  • 4 tbsp. (60g) Unsalted butter
  • 2 pack (60g) SARSAYA® Oyster Sauce
  • 4 tbsp. (52g) Brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. (20ml) Soy sauce

Procedure

  1. MARINATE. On a large bowl, combine pork kasim, garlic, SARSAYA®, ketchup, calamansi, pepper, soy sauce and sugar. Marinate for atleast an hour.
  2. SKEW. Skew the marinated pork onto the barbeque sticks.
  3. MIX. On a small bowl, mix butter, SARSAYA®, brown sugar, and soy sauce. Divide sauce into two equal parts then set aside - 1 portion for basting sauce, and 1 portion for dipping sauce. Set aside.
  4. GRILL. Grill the pork barbeque for 5-7 mins while basting with sauce.
  5. SERVE. Transfer pork barbeque onto a plate. Serve with the BBQ sauce and enjoy!

Cooking Tips

Make sure to flip barbeque every 2 minutes to avoid overcharring the meat.
